Our Mission

Spindlewood Cottage School was created with the intent to connect children and their families to the earth through exploration of the natural world and creative expression.  During weekly forest school children have a chance to develop a deep relationship to nature as they learn about and experience the different seasons first hand.  Art classes are also offered during which children explore folktales and seasonal stories through a variety of art mediums. The purpose behind both classes is to help children feel a connection to themselves, their peers, and the natural world. We hope you will join us in the journey!
